Are you talking about google adsense or google adwords? For google adsense, you can go to www.google.com/adsense and sign up for an account if you don't have, then submit your blog there. Then they will review and accept your blog after which using the ID that they've given you, you can use it in your blog, for example in blogspot, go for layout, in that tab, add new gadget and select the adsense gadget and enter the ID given by google adsense. Depending on your selections, the ads will appear on your site.

i think he mean google adsense. adding google ads is easy, just follow step by step from adsense website to get the coding, and paste it in your website. if you are using blogger, you can add the ads by just clicking a few button
