it is fukin metabank i got ripped form this guy he took 45 buks from me i called netspend they said my acc is locked i had htis acc not even for a full day now guy wont give me refund so this is considered a scam if netspend is free no one buy this from him until he refunds me this is shady bussiness ok both acc i ordered has been locked and netspend banned myadress good fukin job
