How will you receive the Virtual Card

The delivery is not automated. So you will not receive the VCC instantly. But order will be completed the order as soon as possible if I'm online. May take up to 24 hour depending on selected payment method.

Sometime, there will be a big amount of fund to be transferred so for this services, I will only accept payment from VERIFIED user for PayPal and AlertPay payment. Right now I support up to $50 for each VCC.

* You will receive the 16 serial number, the CVV and expiry date for the VC.
* To be use for shopping online, pay eBay selling fee, or anywhere on the internet that accept VISA.
* I'm not allowing it for PayPal verification.
* The VCC will be deleted after 3 days so you need to make sure you used up all the funds before that.
* Contact me for payment instruction. You must VERIFIED for PayPal payment and AlertPay payment. I strictly will not accept card payment via AlertPay.


eBay account activation(9.00USD):

* The VCC is only for activating an eBay account.
* VCC can't be loaded or be use to make any kind of payme. Basically this is just for activation.
* The eBay account will get activated instantly and you can start buying and selling(must have a verified PayPal account attached) supported you enter all the detail correctly.
* To be use on ONE eBay account ONLY.


PayPal verification(10.00USD):

* It is not loadable and can't be use to make any kind of payment.
* For PayPal registered in USA, CANADA, UK and AUSTRALIA, you will need a bank account to get verified.
* For US PayPal, virtual card can lift your $0 initial sending limit to $2000USD.
* The VCC will come with only enough amount of fund to pay for PayPal verification charge.
* After you link your card, you will need to wait for AT LEAST 3 days to get the 4-digit PayPal EXPUSE code to verify your account.
* To be use on ONE account ONLY. Valid for ONE year.
* Although it should be able to verify or lift your PayPal limit, I will point out that verifying your account is NOT recommended.
