VCC for increasing sending limit of USA paypal account

Hi,

I need VCC to increase the sending limit to $2000 of US paypal account. I mainly send payment for shopping and do not want to add any bank account.So I do not need to add a Bank account verification.

Can someone provide me VCC for US paypal account. Can pay by Alertpay only.For PP, will need to ask my friend to pay as my account has sending limit of $0.

Someone please help asap.
